Post-Installation Info on Your New Daikin Furnace
Since you've been without heat for most of the day, your thermostat may need to be turned up a few degrees the first day after installation.
If you smell a strong paint or glue smell, it is normal. This is the smell from the primer and glue that is regulation required for install.
A smoke or oil smell is also completely normal during the first couple days after installation. The residue of the coating of the new parts
burning off, causing this smell.
